Our Ministries

A Sunday Morning Worship Service at Nechako Community Church

Sunday Mornings

On a regular Sunday morning, we meet at 9:30 for our family worship service, with a nursery available for babies & toddlers (0-3yrs). Following the service we have coffee time, an opportunity to meet new people and connect with one another.

Caleb’s Kin

Caleb’s Kin is NCC’s ministry for the seniors of Vanderhoof.  Our purpose is to provide a place for gathering, encouragement, and fellowship.  We meet on the third Tuesday of most months at NCC (doors open at 11:30am, with lunch served at Noon).  Whether you are from NCC, another church, or no church at all, if you are 60+, you are welcome to join us!

Prayer Ministries

Prayer is important to NCC.  We cover our ministries in prayer and infuse prayer in all that we do.

Prayer chain is a behind the scenes ministry of dedicated prayer warriors who are contacted whenever there is a need.

Our Congregational Care team and Elders are available to pray with you.

To request prayer, please use the contact form below.

DivorceCare is a safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce. At this 13-week, video-based support group program, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil and practical tools for decision-making. For more information contact the church office at 250 567 4960.

Global and Local Missions at NCC

Missions

Here at NCC, we have a strong missions focus.  Through organizations such as Multiply (formerly MB Mission), One Hope Canada, and Youth With a Mission, we support missionaries all over the world including, Canada, Romania, the Philippines, and Mongolia.  Through the Vanderhoof Ministerial, we are also involved with a local outreach ministry called NeighbourLink.
